IEEx is a mobile-optimized app that empowers front-line and front-office workers to deliver personalized, high-quality service through intuitive task management, collaboration, and connectivity. Project Challenge
IEEx addresses the challenge of disconnected, inefficient frontline and front-office operations by unifying tools, data, and communication into a single, user-friendly platform. It solves the problem of fragmented workflows and lack of real-time insights, enabling workers to perform with greater coordination, clarity, and impact.

① Journey Mapping & Persona Building
We developed detailed personas for a store associate and a store manager, capturing their daily tasks, goals, and pain points to better understand their unique workplace experiences. Using these insights, we created a journey map for the associate to identify key moments of friction and opportunity for IEEx to deliver value.
② User Flow Mapping
We created user flow mappings for both the store associate and store manager to visualize how each persona navigates key tasks within IEEx. Alongside this, we developed an information architecture diagram to structure the app’s content and features in a way that aligns with user needs and supports intuitive navigation.
③ Low Fidelity Wireframes
We created low-fidelity wireframes in Miro to rapidly explore layout ideas and validate key user interactions for both personas. This process allowed us to iterate quickly, align on core design concepts, and ensure the interface supports intuitive task completion.
④ High Fidelity Prototype
We designed a high-fidelity prototype in Figma to bring the IEEx experience to life with realistic visuals and interactive elements. A video walkthrough was created to showcase key features and user flows, helping stakeholders visualize the end-to-end experience and gather feedback.
