The redesigned San Francisco 49ers fan experience app enhances engagement by introducing cutting-edge features like an AI-assisted chatroom, fantasy game integration, AR navigation, Ticketmaster access, and compatibility with Meta Oculus for immersive interactions.

    ① Brainstorm & Inspiration


    We began with a visual discovery sprint—gathering inspiration and aligning on the 49ers’ brand palette, tone, and design language to ground the creative direction.











    ② User Persona Crafting 


    Next, we crafted five distinct user personas and mapped their journeys to ensure the experience addressed the unique needs of each fan segment.











    ③ Visual Design System


    We defined typography, color, and UI styles by translating the 49ers’ bold brand identity into an accessible, scalable design system tailored for digital fan engagement.











    ④ High Fidelity Prototype



    We created a high-fidelity prototype that showcases personalized journeys for all five 49ers fan personas.
